White House Climate Event

This Friday at Noon Carrots and Sticks will be at the White House w/ the 1-Sky Network. They’ve been encouraging people to create art that illustrates the urgency of climate action for a few months and they’ll be displaying some of that art at Friday’s event.

I’m excited and the weather looks to be sunny and not terribly cold.

WHERE: 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue NW, Washington, DC, outside the White House

Random fact: Lafayette Park (where the event will be) has the densest known squirrel population in the world. Go figure.

I can believe that. The squirrels are fat and appear as dependent on humans feeding them as house pets.
